Because incorrect information is far worse than no information, we will admit when there appears to be no ready solution and commit to identifying viable alternatives. As part of the Microsoft Solution Provider program, we are committed to maintaining our technical edge through current and emerging computer, web-based, and software technologies. Simply put...we are into technology. Responsibility - The engineer selling your product ensures its performance Every individual at Logic, Inc. will stand behind the decision to promote a given product or solution, and any member has the authority to bring in others who may have more expertise in a given field. Although you should know the engineer responsible for your company, you can receive immediate support from other Logic, Inc. members with only a phone call. Team Work - All Logic, Inc. employees are motivated to help every customer Logic, Inc. does not believe competition between sales and support is good business practice. To this end, all members are employed on a non-commission basis. Through our group bonus system, all Logic, Inc. members are motivated to ensure all customers receive the best service possible. Bottom Line - We will not let you fail Our success depends on your success. If you share with us your vision for a product solution along with as much technical information you can, hopefully we will be able to offer a solution using our products. If we say up front that this solution will work, then we will commit whatever resources it takes to see that this happens. We cannot do the work for you, but we can make sure that our solution is technically viable. In the unfortunate instance where we are not able to make a solution work, then we will take back the equipment or software. We will make it right.
