Major Activities:
Fabricate electrical panels to Edison and UL508 standards
Take pride in job performance
Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
Prosper and strive in a team environment
Perform field wiring
Assist in inventory management
Provide corporate manpower support
Assist field service in start-up support
Time Management:
Work 40/hr minimum, 5-day, week
Technical Skills:
Skilled in panel fabrication techniques or the aptitude and desire to learn panel fabrication techniques
Knowledgeable in NFPA 79 and UL508A standards a plus but not a requirement
Knowledgeable in electrical schematics
Knowledge of drill and tap selection
General computer knowledge
Ability to red-line drawings
Self Organization:
Dress professionally
Present a professional Image for yourself and Edison Automation
Personal Skills:
Ability to use hand tools
Neat and consistent with work
Willingness to share knowledge
Good communication and documentation skills
Good at taking direction
Flexible in moving from project to project
Willing to work overtime on short notice
