Job Description:
Automation Application Engineer - Omaha, NE
Barr-Thorp Electric is seeking an individual to join our Omaha sales team that is interested in helping us support and service our automation product offerings. The ideal candidate should be capabable of demonstrating the following skills:
Knowledge of electrical motors and control
PLC Programming skills in Modicon or other programming environment
HTML programming experience
Work well in a team environment
Post high school education preferred
Computer skills including Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
50% travel required in the 250m radius of Omaha, NE. Compensation includes salary plus YE bonus, 401k, profit sharing, cell phone allowance, mileage and entertainment reimbursements.
